Know Thyself
Try to find who you really are and make more of your abilities, these workshops are intended to equip participants with necessary skills to apply theatre techniques to their work and to understand their "Self" as before being an administrator or executive you are what you are as an individual and that depends on your nature and nurturing, your training and your experiences.
Perspectives
Empathy is like giving someone a Psychological Hug, all the problems in this world would vanish if we attain the ability to imagine ourselves in another's place and understand the other's feelings, desires, ideas, and actions. The most obvious example, perhaps, is that of the actor who genuinely feels the part he is performing. Workshops give the opportunity to understand another's perspective, be it client, co-worker or boss.
Forum and Role Playing
Replaying a particular situation or a practical problem for getting at the crux of it and to develop problem solving techniques. Seeing someone from the bird's eye gives us the advantage to be objective and makes us able to rectify any problem and it gives better objectivity and temperament of self analysis when we see someone playing you on stage.
Team Building
Becoming a child again and playing childhood games with co-worker gives another dimension to the ice-breaking phase. Through exercises and games we develop a great bond and sense of togetherness in a newly formed team and it effectively helps to fill the gaps and cracks in the old team to gain a positive outlook and better interpersonal relationships.
Communication Skills
Learning about powerful tools of verbal and non verbal communications which we use everyday unconsciously.
